In the center, there is a hammer and a plow on a white enamel background, covered with a red five pointed enamel star, of which only three beams are visible. The hammer and sickle are depicted in the middle of the star. There is a red enamel ribbon with the inscription USSR on the laurel wreath. The order was issued by the Krasnokamsk Mint.
