A vintage Spanish Royal Knights Cross of Honor, Order of Saint Hermenegildo. The Cross of Honor is an equal armed gold cross of white enamel. In the center of the cross is a round medallion of blue enamel with a border of dark blue. On the medallion is a gilt image of a saint on a horse galloping to the right. On the border is the motto of the order in gilt letters: PREMIO A LA CONSTANCIA MILITAR, in English For military fortitude. On the reverse side of the cross is the inscription: FVII, Ferdinand VII. European Historical Collectibles and Memorabilia, Insignia, Pins, Medals and Badges.
