The box is made in the shape of the head of a hunting dog and decorated with overlay decor on the lid in the shape of the lyre and set with garnet stones and diamonds. Bears a floral overlay decor on the body as well. Marked with an 84 Russian silver standard hallmark, and a makers mark. Presented in an original wooden box with a clasp, marked inside.
