A mid-20th century English stainless steel meat cutlery set. A total of 3 items, a knife, a fork, and a steak steel. The handles are presumably made of silver. The tips eature an engraved Reichsmarschall Hermann Goerings family crest, a shield with a mailled arm holding a ring. The knife blade is marked Sharp Cutter, Royal Brand Cutlery Company, Stainless Steel. Each handle is marked England. The set comes in original box. Hermann Wilhelm Goering, 1893 to 1946, was a German politician and leader of the Nazi Party, a patron of arts and culture. He is known to have had a large collection of silverware and cutlery.
