A Russian Imperial badge from the 114th Infantry Novotorzhsky Regiment. Features a blue enamel cross set against two crossed anchors. At the center of the cross is a gilt double-headed eagle. The right and left arms of the cross are inscribed with the dates 1763 and 1863. The top of the badge proudly displays the monogram of Catherine the Great, while the bottom features the monogram of Nicholas II, the last Emperor of Russia. Holds the owners name to the screw back.
