Lucien Gibert, French, 1904 to 1988, born in Saint Etienne, began his artistic training in his fathers cabinet making workshop. He created many monuments and was the author of more than two hundred medals for the Monnet de Paris, where he was the director. The sculptors works are in the Museums of Modern Art in Paris, in twenty museums in France and the world, as well as in many private collections.
