An antique Chinese, late Qing dynasty, enamel plate. The interior of the plate is adorned with a polychrome enamel image of a bird seated on a branch with blossoming flowers surrounded by a cloud motif on the Royal blue ground made in the Cloisonne technique. The borders are decorated with a scaly pattern made in the same technique. The backside is decorated with floral and scaly ornaments on the turquoise ground made in the Cloisonne technique. Unmarked.
