An ancient Olmec head from Pre Columbian America carved of stone, presumably jade. The sculpture represents a mans face with a stern, hard expression. The head has harshly carved facial features, eyes with drilling holes in the center of the pupil and the corners of the eyes. The same drill slits are in the nose, in the corners of the lips and on the sides of the face. The head is flat, the forehead is roughly cut down to the middle. Comes with a heavy stand.
