A white enameled dial with black numerals, gilded ornate hands, and adorned with polychrome enamel floral garlands. The figural group modeled as 18th century couples of lovers, a woman with a lamb, and a gentleman playing a flute with a dog beside him. Set in gilt bronze bocage with applied porcelain flowers. Mounted on gilt bronze stands made in openwork floral and foliage designs. Marked on the dial, and numbered 16445. Circa: 19th century.
