An antique Chinese, Qing Dynasty, hand carved, probably Hotan, white Jade figure. The figure depicts a lying horse, engraved with detailed patterns. The Hotan region is the main source of the nephrite jade used in ancient China. Circa: late 19th century to early 20th century. Provenance: Paul E. Manheim, lot 318.
