A pair of symmetrical antique Chinese amphora shaped lacquer hand carved cinnabar vases. Each vase is hand carved with images of blossoming chrysanthemum flowers within scrolling foliate images going to the shoulders, necks, bases of the vases. The interiors and the bases are coated with turquoise blue enamel. Circa: the early 20th century.
