A Bankoni terracotta figurine representing a sitting female figure wearing a necklace from the Segou region, Mali. It is provided with a Daybreak Archaeometric Laboratory Services certification with a thermoluminescence report and analysis for antiquity. Circa the 14th century. Note: the Bankoni style is a ceramic style that - along with the Djenne style - was the most important stylistic subdivision of the Mali Empire.
