The exterior surface is ornamented with cloisonne stylised leaf and geometric designs accented with central floral motifs, and plique a jour enamel elements. Both the upper and lower rims of the napkin ring are encircled with plain applied silver molded borders. Hallmarked with the 84 Russian silver proof mark and other manufacturer marks.
