The tapering body is decorated with polychrome floral and foliate decoration made using the cloisonné enamel technique, a relief monogram of the emperor Nicholas II, and a two-headed eagle. The rim on the top is decorated with a Cyrillic inscription translated: CHARA TO DRINK HEALTHY TO BE. Hallmarks: 84 silver standard, St. Petersburg coat of arms, and other Russian hallmarks.
