The poster depicts a Jewish Commissar towering over a mass grave at Vinnytsia in Ukraine, circa 1943. The massacre was used by the Germans to discredit the Soviet Union. Titled in Ukrainian lower to the center. Marked, P 132 Winniza Judischer Kommissar Ukrainisch, lower right.
