A vintage Parker Cutlery Co. Self Defender presentation Bowie knife, model JK-10 EK-10, handmade in Seki, Japan circa 1983 to 1984 by Tak Fukuta. The surgical steel clip-point blade is etched SELF DEFENDER amid elaborate Victorian scrollwork, fitted with mother-of-pearl scales and an ornate brass pommel depicting an eagle holding a coiled snake.
