A double sided leaf originates from the 1493 German edition of Hartmann Schedels Liber Chronicarum, printed in Nuremberg by Anton Koberger. The page features Gothic Fraktur text and multiple woodcut illustrations depicting various popes and historical figures from the Sixth Age of the World. Attributed to the workshop of Michael Wolgemut and Wilhelm Pleydenwurff, the woodcuts represent a significant achievement in early printing history and fifteenth century book production.
