Includes the printed statement: “First Edition May 1894 / Reprinted June 1894 (First edition, second impression).” Condition is fair for age with rubbing, edge wear, bumped corners, foxing and age toning. Some marks and moisture waviness to pages. Binding remains intact and the book presents well as an early collectible edition of Kipling’s classic work. Ownership inscription to title page.
