Lot 483 - FRENCH SEVRES HAND PAINTED GILDED PORCELAIN BOX

A French Sevres hand painted porcelain dresser box. The box is adorned with a hand painted gallant scene in a garden, signed by the artist, Sille, lower right. The painting is surrounded by gilded foliage, scrollwork, wreath ornaments on the cobalt blue ground. The body of the ware is decorated with gilded floral, foliage, symbolic medallion ornaments. The interior of the case is adorned with a floral motif on the white ground. Marked with a Sevres blue manufacturer stamp, and Chateau De Tuileries red stamp mark, on the bottom.
