A Russian 14K Gold and silver ring. The ring features a central oval cabochon sapphire bezel set in gold, encircled by a halo of twelve old cut diamonds set in a silver topped gallery. The shoulders are accented by two dark blue faceted sapphires, leading to a slender gold band. The underside of the setting reveals a traditional openwork design. The ware is accompanied by a fitted octagonal presentation case in blue with a gilt clasp. Marked with a Gold standard hallmark, and a makers mark.
