An antique 19th-century engraving on paper, depicting a grotesque hunchbacked musician playing a hurdy-gurdy. Signed David Deuchar after the original 17th-century series Varie Figure Gobbi by the French artist Jacques Callot. Deuchar was renowned for his precision in capturing the style of Old Masters, and this plate exemplifies his contribution to the British etching revival. Matted and framed.
