A lot of two large painted ceramic cabinet plates. The first plate is framed by a deep red border and depicts an Orientalist genre scene with two seated figures in traditional turbans. The second plate features an all-over composition illustrating a bustling fairground or village market, complete with colorful tents and a gothic-style cathedral spire rising in the background.
