An oil on canvas painting, signed Kadis 1999, lower left. Depicts the traditional Ukrainian folk hero Kozak Mamai within a densely layered, surrealist landscape. Inscribed on the reverse: author V. F. Sidak, titled Kozak Mamai from the triptych Ukraine. The composition features a central seated figure surrounded by symbolic imagery, including a lion-like face, a small angel, oversized floral blooms, and a woman figure, all set beneath a nocturnal sky with a crescent moon. The work is signed and dated in the lower left and features detailed Cyrillic inscriptions on the reverse. Additionally bears a paper label.
