After Wu Guanzhong, Chinese, 1919 to 2010, oil painting on canvas with elements of collage. After the 1973 artwork titled The Three Gorges of the Yangtze River. The piece depicts a mountain river with sailing ship. Muted ochre color palette. Signed lower left. Wu Guanzhong is considered the founder of modern Chinese painting. His artworks display both Western and Eastern influences, such as the Western style of Fauvism and the Eastern style of Chinese calligraphy.
