A vintage Czech edition novel book titled Thunder on the Left by American author Christopher Morley. Published in Prague in 1933 by the Manes Association of Fine Artists, as the 14th volume of the Knihy Manesa series. Thunder on the Left is a fantasy novel that explores the themes of lost innocence and the divide between childhood and adulthood. The story follows a group of children at a birthday party who wonder if adults are actually happy; one child, Martin, makes a wish to spy on his future self and finds himself as a child in an adult's body ten years later.
