A collection of feuilletons originally published in the newspaper Lidove Noviny. The first part of the book is devoted to people and their relationships, and the second to sketches of life in Prague in the early years of the Czechoslovak Republic. Published by Ot. Storch Marien from the Aventine National Library series, volume 13, Prague, 1925. The Aventine Public Library series had a single, recognizable design style.
