A mixed media on board painting signed Dudu Geva. The artwork features cartoonish style with faces of a man and woman with genitals next to their faces and text on a textured background. Inscribed Dudu Geva and Hagelslag Concert a Lahaye 2009. Inscribed in Hebrew lower left. Dudu Geva, 1950 to 2005 was an Israeli cartoonist, illustrator, and comic book creator. He began his artistic career at the age of 17, writing for the weekly childrens newspaper Haaretz Shelanu. While serving in the Israel Defense Forces, Geva drew cartoons for its newspaper Bamahane. After his military service, Geva joined the staff of Israel TVs Channel One as a graphic designer. Provenance: Estate of Eric Jansson, Roswell, Georgia.
