An antique Islamic Qajar dynasty clay jar, 1789 to 1830s. The jar is cylindrical with a slightly narrower neck and an earthy brown rim and base. The jar has a vibrant green glaze and a relief floral images within a geometric panel. The glaze has an uneven texture and occasional imperfections, indicative of its age and method of creation.
