A Japanese green tray and jar set. The tray is rectangular with a raised edge bordered with a geometric pattern. The surface of the tray has a circular medallion with a white design depicting a bird made in cloisonne technique. The jar has a similar green color and sits on top of the tray. It has a round body, a lid with a green spherical knob, and is decorated with similar design. Both the tray and the jar are decorated with geometric patterns. The jar is marled on the bottom.
