Andy Warhol, American, 1928 to 1987, color lithograph on paper. The artwork depicts a bottle of Coca-Cola. Numbered 96 out of 100 and signed in the lower left. Dated 1984 on the backside. Matted and framed. Andy Warhol was a leading figure in the Pop Art movement. His works explore the relationship between artistic expression, advertising, and celebrity culture that flourished by the 1960s. For Warhol, Coca-Cola was an essential American thing.
