An antique Russian silver and mother of pearl case with a hinged lid features an intricate overlay decor features a relief gilt crown on the lid part and an enameled red letter K with an anchor in the center of the case, surrounded by floral motifs against a shimmering mother of pearl background. The background is decorated with a carved pattern. The back of the case features a relief gilt silver double headed eagle adorned with diamonds.
